Interval sprint training is my favorite method for building endurance that is time efficient and doesn't beat up the joints. As an added bonus, sprints like these are a great form of stress relief, especially when you focus on controlling your breath. You can do them on your own, but unless you are an absolute machine while you're training, I highly recommend finding a training partner or coach to make sure you stay strict with your rest intervals!

This is the first time I've added a voice-over to one of my videos. Let me know if you find the extra content to be useful or if I'm just boring you to death!

Thanks for watching!‚Äč

  • This is one of the only outside sprinting hiit videos on YouTube and by far the most helpful. Thank you so much!
